This gentle approach attunes to the natural rhythms of the body’s organ system; including the liver, stomach, gallbladder, kidneys, lungs, heart, reproductive organs, and bladder. Our organs continuously work to sustain our health, and they are directly related to our symptomatic experiences. Stagnation can occur due to daily stress, overstimulation, emotional trauma, and physical impacts. Working with specific organs can help release the outermost structures of our body including musculoskeletal misalignment, and helps restore balance.  This therapy supports the organ’s natural movement by reducing adhesions, and stagnation, creating inner space, and promoting a coherent flow to the functions of your organs.

Preparation and aftercare: 

Take a moment to establish your intentions before our session. Hydration is highly suggested before and after your treatment with water or herbal tea. Perhaps go out for a gentle beach stroll or soak in the deep relaxing effect in a warm bath or tub afterwards.

Where are our treatments held? 

All of my treatments for the spring/summer /fall seasons are offered in Tofino, BC a small fishing /surfing town at the end of the road on Vancouver Island. You will find yourself among the lush rainforest and infinite beaches. My sessions are being offered at The hearts garden studio; secluded and tucked away in the rainforest. Start your therapy with a walk through the garden landscape, end with a walk to the beach of Cox bay to integrate.

OPTIONAL Add-on A SAUNA RITUAL next to our forest studio our wood stove sauna can be fired up as an addition to your journey. Come with a friend alternate while one is receiving a session the other can have some quietude & be cozied in the sauna.

I also offer sessions in the comfort of your home or rental accommodation. Stay home on a rainy or after a day venturing around Tofino. Unwind and stay cozy in your own space after receiving a deep relaxing or rejuvenating therapy of your choice.
